KIDDA is simply a group of people who
enjoy going out and getting really very pished indeed. You may think
that there's nothing out of the ordinary about that, but after you've
read this web site, you'll see that you're very mistaken indeed!
Everyone in KIDDA has their KIDDA name printed on their KIDDA rugby
shirt. These shirts
must be worn on an official KIDDA
night out, or a penalty will be incurred.
Penalties
are also incurred
throughout the night by referring to a KIDDA member either present or
not by their non-KIDDA name. For this, the standard penalty is to down
two fingers worth of drink ... doesn't sound much, but as Banjo will
testify to, when you rack up 24 fingers between one pub and the next it
can be hard going!
There are normally other
drinking games
played throughout the night too
and we even have
songs to sing!
We can normally be seen wandering the streets of Edinburgh (Scotland,
not that phoney one in the 'States) with our shirts on, drawing
attention wherever we go. It's always good attention as we're out to
enjoy ourselves, not get into fights. Exactly the same thing happens in
Brisbane (Queensland, Australia) as that's where our other biggest
contingent lives.
So, if you'd like to learn more about us, then read on ... a good
suggestion would be to look at the
history of
KIDDA!
